PrestoPrep will help you ace the PMP® exam. We’re behind you. We’ve got your back. But if you don’t pass on your first attempt, we’ll do our best to see that you do pass. If you choose to, you can sit in on another session of PrestPrep for no additional charge. Just please bring your materials with you. And, you always have access to the test simulator for 90 days after the 1st day of class.
And there’s more! (sorry, I couldn’t help myself). In addition to a no-fee session audit, email / phone support and continued access to the exam simulator, we will reimburse your cost for retaking the PMP exam (a $225 value) provided you take the exam within 30 days of the last day of your course.
If you do not pass on your second attempt, we will again pay for you to retake the exam again (another $225 value). Come on back and sit in on class a third time, if that works for you. Keep on working with our team to get individualized instructor support via phone or email after the class to answer any unresolved questions before you sit for the exam.
If, in the very unlikely event you do not pass on your third attempt, we will refund your tuition, less the cost of the exam retakes and materials ($750). OK. That’s a lot to process. Just so we’re clear, should you be the first person to fail the exam three times with all the support we offer, you will receive a check totaling $750 less than your total tuition. And we share, again, that has never happened.
The fine print: Since we put our all into preparing for the class, we expect you to do the same. In order to take advantage of our guarantee, you must be present for all four days of the training, and sit for the first attempt at the exam within 30 days of completing the classroom work. In the event you do not pass, you must sit for the retake no more than 30 days later. If you do not pass on your second attempt, you may audit the Bootcamp anytime within the next 3 months, and must retake the exam within 30 days. If after the third attempt, the student is unable to pass the exam, we will refund initial cost paid less $750
